New Year, New Stationery ♡

Hey Guys,

I don't know about you, but I love stationery, it was the only thing that got me excited for school to start. The weekend before school started for the new year, we all would go to the high street and my sister and I would be given free reign in every stationary department of each store lol. The main two shops we loved were Wilkinsons and Poundland, and we'd pretty much shop until we had a double of everything to make sure we didn't argue when we got home. Post it notes, Bic Pens, notebooks, you name it, I had it in that basket! And, not much has changed since then, I did the same when I started a new year of university and now that I've finished, I thought lets start using stationary from the beginning of an actual year. So I thought I'd do just that, and share it all in a post ...

Wilko Card A4 Pastel Card (£1.25)

I've gotten into using card in Flatlay's and thought I'd stock up! I didn't really need the other colours so gave them to my brother lol. But I've found these work and look good in pictures, you can shape them to fit your flatlay, cut them however you wish and of course, layer items on top of them. There's many ways to use them!
Busy B Products*

I was kindly sent a few stationery bits and bobs from Busy B, a beautiful stationery brand whom sell the prettiest pieces, from fashion-y products to contemporary. The 2018 Contemporary Diary* is a lovely and effective diary that comes with a few deep storage pockets and week by week personal schedules. It really does have everything you want in a diary. Pens, the Black Roller ball Pens* help you write effortlessly and with ink-free fingers, in school, I would get so annoyed when ink went all over my hands, it made me feel icky lol! And finally we have the Page Markers*, there's a complete 120 stickers, perfect for highlighting, organizing and reminding. It does help that they're super cute too.
Post-it Notes

I mean, everyone needs a few post-it notes but its safe to say, I went a little overboard. I love the standard square ones but its also quite fun to get shaped ones, and it does help that you can get two stacks for a £1, I'm not complaining!

Bic Pens

Now, these are ingrained into me, every year I buy a pack and by the end of a few months, I don't know where they've all gone. But when I was in school, I could never seem to finish one, like, I'd use the same pen in every lesson and it just wouldn't finish! I don't know what went wrong there, but a fun little fact, my friends would back me up on this lol, I always used to carry about 3 Bic Pens and 3 other standard pens because I know there'd be about 2 people in class who wouldn't have a pen, and I guess I felt it was my duty to help them out lol! Anyway, I picked up a four back!
Kate Spade Whilst you Tackle Box*

This little box is from Amara Living and is genuinely all the essentials one could need to tackle any day! It comes with 3 pencils, an eraser, a sharpener, washi tape, little index cards, pins, bulldog clips and bow-style paper clips! I told you, everything you could possibly need. It would be the perfect desk accessory, as you literally have it all at your finger tips.
Gold Chevron Notebook

And to finish, we have this notebook that's covered with gold chevrons, its quite pretty and shiny! It's from Home Bargains, its cheap, cheery and cute!

Have you got any new stationery for the new year?
