KISS Nails & Lashes Review ♡

Hey Guys,

I'm back with a review, it seriously feels like ages since I've written a good ol' classic review, I think my last proper review post was the Elizabeth Arden Gelato Crush Collection! I think I've exhausted the word review already lol. But anyway, today I'll be reviewing items other than your regular foundation or lipstick, it's more lashes and nails. A few weeks ago I came home to a lovely package featuring a few KISS goodies! I hadn't heard of this brand until a good few months ago and was excited to give these ago ...

KISS Looks So Natural Lashes in Pretty and Shy (£4.99)*

These are so elegant and are actually natural looking, like the branding says. I wore the 'Pretty' set when I went out for dinner the other day (I have a get ready with me post for that :)) and I genuinely fell in love with them. I did have to cut them to fit my own lashes, but they applied like a dream, well, we know how fiddly it can get when applying lashes but there wasn't so much fiddling going on. The lashes come with a glue and they held up pretty well throughout the night. I did apply a tiny bit of mascara on top just to add a little more depth/darkness to my lashes and because I just love mascara lol. They are incredibly soft, delicate and light, they don't feel heavy on the lids like a few other lashes can :)

KISS imPRESS One-Step Gel Manicure in Swept Away and Belles & Whistles (£7.99)*

So these essentially are stick on nails but with a gel effect, meaning that they're not just your regular acrylic nails, there's quite a wide variety in this range, you can pick from matte to gloss finishes and they also come with accent nails. The pack itself contains 30 nails, including 6 accents, a prep pad and a file. I also wore these when I went out for dinner to give them the real test! I put these on after I did my makeup and simply followed the instructions. I filed my nails, used the prep pad to clean them, pulled away the plastic backing and stuck on the nails. It didn't take too long, lets say about 7-10 mins. They stuck pretty well and I love the effect they gave! However, by the end of the night, I had lost about 2 nails, so the adhesive kind of wears the longer you have them on. They aren't practical for an entire day of running about but are a great quick fix for a party/evening out! The best parts about them is that you get 30 nails, so that's about 3 wears and they come in a range of fits, to fit even the tiniest nails.

And there we have it for today's quick little post, if any of the KISS Products interested you, be sure to keep a look out of them in Asda, Superdrug and Boots  or find them online (linked).

PS, Keep a lookout for these in next weeks get ready with me post :P
