Natural Glow ♡

Hey Guys,

I've always favored natural makeup as opposed to anything heavy, and it's quite rare for me to wear foundation on a daily basis. Even when I'm going out for dinner, or doing something special, I wack on some Tinted Moisturizer. So, for today's post, I wanted to share a look that I've pretty much been exhausting recently. I wasn't sure what to call it, but I think it gives off 'natural glow' purely because it's quite natural and there's a lot of glow added to it! It's so easy, takes me about 10 mins and gives me that glow! Who doesn't love a little bit of glow? ...

I start off with trying to add that glow to my face without any makeup, using the Burberry Beauty Fresh Glow Luminous Fluid Base (£34.00)* in shade Golden Radiance. It adds such a healthy look to my face, and instantly makes it look ready and prepped. Even when I don't fancy wearing makeup for the day, I'll use a tiny bit of this, because it makes it looks like I've actually made an effort, even when I haven't. I use the tiniest pump, because a little goes a long way and smooth it all over.
I then go in with concealer, you all know the drill by now, it's always the Nars Creamy Concealer (£24.00), I live by this, its on my face most days and although its pricey, it does the job. Pigmented, lasts throughout the day and comes in a range of shades, win, win! I tend to just dot this over my face and brush it all in.

For the eyes, I keep it basic, mascara and I'm done. I brought the L'Oreal Lash Paradise (£11.99) the other day, and I have fallen in love, genuinely! I think it has to be the best mascara out there right now. And its from the drugstore. It's battling head to head with the Maybelline Lash Sensational, and if I'm honest, I much prefer the Lash Paradise. I think I'm going to test it for a few more weeks, let the formula get a little dry and then write up a review!
Then for the glow, I go in with the Elizabeth Arden Bold Illuminating Liquid Highlighter (£26.00), which I've spoken about here. This adds that glow, it's golden, and so beautiful. I take it to the tops of my cheekbones and rub it all in nicely and let it do its thing!
To finish off, I told you guys, this is pretty quick. I apply the Burberry Beauty Lip Colour Contour (£24.00)* in the shade Medium. I know I've said this before, but this is my perfect nude. It's natural, easy to apply and kind of 'my lips but better' shade. The pigment is amazing, I only use about 2 swipes and I'm good to go, it almost gives off an effortless finish!
And there we have it, these are the only makeup items I've been using for the past few weeks and I think it may just stay that way! What's your fave makeup/beauty item at the moment?
