I thought I would publish something a little different to what I usually put out. I love 'What I Eat In A Day' posts, Youtube video's, they're my absolute fave to watch, purely because I always find them interesting and I like knowing of the different kinds of food people eat. I also use them for inspiration whenever I'm stumped on what to make. Let's be honest, I'm just nosey haha! Just for a little background, I'm Vegetarian, and have been my whole life, its something I rarely think about because when I was born my family were Vegetarian so I was brought up that way, so I guess it's just a way of living for me ...
I'm not a big Breakfast person, but saying that I make sure to have a little something before I leave the house because I don't like feeling empty in a sense lol. So today, I chopped up a handful of Strawberries and popped another handful of Blueberries in a bowl and ate. I drank a cup of tea with that but obviously being such a great 'What I Eat In A Day' blog post maker person, I completely forgot to picture that, typical!
For a mid-morning snack, I grabbed a handful of Almonds and drank a glass of water to chug that down with!
Because I was going out for dinner with my friends, I opted to have a light - snacky lunch in a sense, which consisted of Spicy Humus and Celery/Cucumber sticks!
I went to Chiquitos, a Mexican restaurant and ordered a Street Style Burrito, which came with Tortilla Chips and a few dips!
And I've got a bit of a sweet tooth, okay that's a lie, I have a major Sweet Tooth so I came home and had two Caramel Wafers, and omg, they are my new obsession, they're soo good!!!
