What I Eat In A Day ♡

Hey Guys,

I thought I would publish something a little different to what I usually put out. I love 'What I Eat In A Day' posts, Youtube video's, they're my absolute fave to watch, purely because I always find them interesting and I like knowing of the different kinds of food people eat. I also use them for inspiration whenever I'm stumped on what to make. Let's be honest, I'm just nosey haha! Just for a little background, I'm Vegetarian, and have been my whole life, its something I rarely think about because when I was born my family were Vegetarian so I was brought up that way, so I guess it's just a way of living for me ...



Breakfast:
I'm not a big Breakfast person, but saying that I make sure to have a little something before I leave the house because I don't like feeling empty in a sense lol. So today, I chopped up a handful of Strawberries and popped another handful of Blueberries in a bowl and ate. I drank a cup of tea with that but obviously being such a great 'What I Eat In A Day' blog post maker person, I completely forgot to picture that, typical!


Snack:
For a mid-morning snack, I grabbed a handful of Almonds and drank a glass of water to chug that down with!


Lunch:
Because I was going out for dinner with my friends, I opted to have a light - snacky lunch in a sense, which consisted of Spicy Humus and Celery/Cucumber sticks!


Dinner:
I went to Chiquitos, a Mexican restaurant and ordered a Street Style Burrito, which came with Tortilla Chips and a few dips!


And I've got a bit of a sweet tooth, okay that's a lie, I have a major Sweet Tooth so I came home and had two Caramel Wafers, and omg, they are my new obsession, they're soo good!!!


And that's it! That was my day, in food form haha! I hope you all enjoyed the post and if you did, let me know if you'd like another one or something similar!

  7. I love this style post. I am always watching the what I eat in a day videos on Youtube. I'm trying to take photos of the healthier meals I make to do a blog post on how I lost weight, but I like the what I eat in a day style too x

  9. I swear to god if I did a post like this, there'd only be one meal on there (probably cup noodles or ramen) and a bag of chips. I wish I was as healthy as you, Trishna, but I am the WORST when it comes to meal management and remembering to eat. Pigging out on snacks, of course, is an exception, haha

  15. Are you really eating like this every day or do you sometimes have cheat days too, when you eat fast food? I am currently trying to lose weight so I try to eat healthier too.

  20. i'm not a big breakfast person either, but i've started having fruit every morning otherwise i feel sick if i have nothing to eat! i'm a vegetarian also! i've never had humus before, but kind of want to try it:) lovely post, i hope you have a great weekend x

  31. I'm not really a breakfast person either, even though it's the most important meal of the day. I don't eat too much usually and when I do it's just junk food, I'm sad to say.

  32. So delicious and healthy! I love breakfast and brunching, haha. I'm not a fan of almonds but I love walnuts and cashews. And I love veggie burritos from the brand Amy's, even though I'm not vegetarian.

  33. I actually really enjoy these kinds of posts, also! I am a little nosey when it comes to people's diets. :D And yours is so much healthier than mine, haha! Like yourself, I'm not a breakfast person so I usually skip that, have a light lunch then I go crazy at dinner-time. My diet is probably 50% fruit 50% pizza at this point, lol. Having said that, I really hate cooking so it's too easy for me to give in to ready meals and takeouts! My 'what I eat in a day' would be a disaster haha, more like a 10,000 calories challenge! :P <3 xoxo Hope you're well, my lovely! xoxo
