All Things Burt's Bees ♡

Hey Guys,

Before my love of lipsticks, there was a major love for lip tints, lip balms with hints of colour and those pink Nivea lip balms. Now, I barely give any of them a second thought, I'm too deep in love with lipsticks, liquid lipsticks and anything of the sort, which is where Burt's Bees comes in. As much as I love Carmex, I prefer Burt's Bees for all things lip balm+colour, they just have a much wider ranges and shades, there really is a lot to pick from. Which is where this post comes in, I'll be sharing a couple of new ranges Burt's Bees offer ...

Is it really a Miracle Finish? ♡

Hey Guys,

I'm back with another skincare post, I never used to do many of these because I never feel as though I can explain a lot about skincare, and there are amazing bloggers who can, (Anne, i.e, my personal Caroline Hirons haha!). Alas, I love skincare, testing and just finding something that works for my skin. Today, I'll be on about the Bio Essence 24K Gold Miracle Finish*. I've seen this floating around blogs and instagram for a few months now and I used to think, seriously, is it that good. But, after being kindly sent a bottle, I now see why its much loved ...

The best of drugstore skincare ♡

Hey Guys,

Drugstore skincare is pretty amazing isn't, I feel like it's taken a little bit of a back seat with all the rave about high end skincare. We have the Caudalie, Liz Earle, Origins, you name it, they've become much more popular in recent years. Which is why, I thought I'd dedicate a blog post about a few of my favourite drugstore bits. I use a lot more of drugstore skincare than I do, high end. I think the only high end cleanser, I've ever gotten on with is the Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel, it's fabulous, but I've yet to find a 'dupe' for it. Actually, question, can skincare really have a dupe? ...

I completely forgot to mention my skin type. I have combination, spot-prone skin, my nose can get quite oily, whilst my cheeks can be annoyingly dry!

Top 5 Lipsticks ♡

Hey Guys,

Now, its no secret I love Lipsticks, like love the thing. I think it comes from the rise in lipsticks, there has been a lot of attention and love for them and also with the fact that my mum used love a good lipstick. So I thought I kick off a mini series of 'Top 5' posts with my top 5 lipsticks. I wasn't sure whether or not to combine liquid lipsticks with this lipstick post, so I went and kept them separate because they are quite different from each other ...

Is it worth the hype | DHC Skincare

Hey Guys,

Have you heard about DHC Skincare? Well, its all the rave at the moment, I've seen and read quite a few blog posts on this brand and I've always wanted to give it a go myself. But a few weeks ago, I was asked if I would like to try a few DHC bits, kindly said yes and started testing away. It's a Japanese Skincare brand whom base most of their products on Spanish Olive Oil! I love Olive Oil for the skin, its so nourishing and soothing, but naturally having oily skin, and adding olive oil on top can be a little tricky ...

Perfumes in Rotation ♡

Hey Guys,

Perfumes, this post is about perfumes, I mean, I guess you probably guessed that right. I never really talk about Perfumes on here because, I'm not that great at explaining the scent, its usually a line or two. But one person, I do now, who is beyond fabulous at writing up perfume posts, is Kay, over at Shoes and Glitter. Kay has a serious passion and love for perfume and it really shows through her descriptions and photography and so today, I thought I'd give it an amateur attempt, and discuss what perfumes I've been grabbing for ...

July Favourites ... In one box? ♡

Hey Guys,

Yup, its true, there ain't no click bait going on around these parts, my July Faves, all in one box! I was compiling up my favourites for this post and they all seem to come from a beauty box that I was reviewing and thought, hey, why don't I just put it all in a faves post, and that's where this post comes in! I haven't even stated the box, its the Cohorted Beauty Box*. I was kindly sent a box and couldn't be happier with the contents. Let me describe a little bit about the box first, its a subscription box service, for a monthly cost of £35.00 and you receive luxury beauty products from brands such as Nars and Dior, whilst being introduced to new and upcoming brands. It's a pretty special box of goodies, because not only are you getting high end makeup, you're getting it for a much lower price than if you were to purchase the products individually ...
